DMC

In 2016, my husband had debt with direct axis, which was handed over to DMC. He made arrangements with DMC of paying a certain amount. He has been paying every month, but the money is keep on increasing. Now, he wants to settle his debt. He asked for a discount, but they refused to give him the discount of what he putting on the table. They see that he's been struggling to pay. I don't know. It seems as if they don't want him to settle this debt so that they will keep getting money from him. He is the only person working, supporting 2 families. What can we do to settle this because we do not have any more money left. And you can tell that we are struggling by the years of this loan. We tried contacting Direct axis but we did not get any response from them
