These Guys have listed me with no grounds and have requested them on many occasions to provide me with the contract I signed and to date they have failed to forward same.

Not forgetting their very rude stuff who do not listen to what you say but just interested in payment... they are not helpful and have decided to take the matter to the ombudsman to intervene on this matter.
