Good day I was paying dmc for identity clothing account on 7 of July they offered me settlement to pay R249 for 2 months my account will be settled in full I took the arrangement change my Debi check since my balance was very low July they debited R249 and August again R249 when I checked their online where you see your balance I noticed that my balance is R307 now how come I sent them email which they didn't acknowledge early they responded that they will investigate 7 to 15 working days so 30 September they debited again after that I received email from Dmc a settlement letter stating that my account was settled on 29 August 2025 I then send them email asking why my account was debited if my account was settled August they then keep on sending me settlement letters with a different date now 30 September they are contradicting themselves now I want them to refund me my money.
