Disregard to my future

I have sent numeorus emails to this company without any response.

I need a settlement letter that my debt was paid/settled.

It comes up on my credit score and intefering with a homeloan. If i loose this homeloan opportunity because of your disregard to reply, i will held you responsible! Time is of the essence!

Please do this immediately, as I am not sure what this was for. Or how it was resolved.
