DISHONESTY and POSSIBLE ****.

I have made a payment arrangement with DMC Debt Management as there was an account of mine that was handed over to them, I requested to make an arrangement for 3 months, which i received a settlement agreement from them via email, the arrangement was for the following dates - 15 March, 15 April and 15 May, all payment arrangements have been honored and debt was paid and settled, i then requested for a paid up letter of which i did not receive up to date, on 15 June, i get another debit order off my account of the same amount, which in this case, it is ******** and unauthorized, furthermore, i received an sms advising that DMC Debt Management has been instructed again by the same company to collect on their behalf, when i contact the company that gave the instructions, they advised and assured me that there is no other account and my account has been settled. DMC Debt management is failing to give me the letter instructing them to collect and the paid up letter, I have been unable to get a hold of any supervisor to have an in-depth inquiry about the matter, they do not have a complaints - as per advise i received from one of the agents consultants department, this is indeed frustrating as i am not curtain weather i am being ****med or not. My Attorney tried to get a hold of them and they could not assist regarding this account. I want my money back and i need the Paid up letter, i am certain that it is my legal right to obtain one - for my financial health.
