Dishonest Pure disrespect to customer

im so dissapointed with the company called DMC5. i have requested prescription letter after receiving sms that my account was closed. the ladies i was speaking with keeps on lying to me that prescription prescription letter will be issued before the end of business day which they never did. my rights are being infringed and i need to escalate this to NCR
