DISGUSTING SERVICE FROM DMC

I fell behind on Truworths payments due to no income for a few months. Truworths sold the debt to DMC and I had a payment arrangement with them. My financial position has changed and it was possible for me to settle this account. Firstly it was almost an impossible task to get the settlement quotation from DMC. After MANY calls I did receive the letter and the instruction was to make the payment to Blake and Associates, which I did. The account has been settled on the 12th of April, prove was sent to them the same day and I have received the paid up letter. My credit profile shows that I still owes DMC AND Truworths the amount. Truworths advised me that they cannot remove the listing as the debt was sold to DMC. DMC refuses to update my credit profile accordingly. I have been sent from pillar to post without any success. The staff is rude, unhelpful and uninformed. I have requested numerous times for a team leader or manager to contact me but obviously that never happened. Disgusting service from DMC.
