DISGUSTING SERVICE!!!

I was recently contacted by DMC saying that I still have debt outstanding of which i was unaware of. I paid the money immediately on the 30th of September and asked for a paid up letter. I did a follow up call as no one responded to my email, a very lethargic lady answered the call and gave me a one liner: SORRY IT WILL TAKE 14 DAYS AS YOU HAVE USED THE WRONG REFERENCE NUMBER, mind you that i have resend it with my reference number and you definitely know that the monies belongs to my account. Ive even done an immediate payment

I guess it is not even about having to wait for my paid up letter it is all about how the matter has been dealt with starting from consultants right up to management. They advertise debt handled simple, fair and trusted?????!!! are you kidding me, i have never ever in my entire life ran after a company like i do now with DMC, and that is just to get a paid up letter?? They are so quick to contact and request money but can not even deliver the service that they promise to give.

I STRONGLY WONT RECOMMEND THIS DEBT SOLUTION COMPANY TO ANYONE! YOU CAN DEFINITELY USE THEM IF YOU WANT UNNECESSARY HEADACHES AND STRESS!!

DMC WHEN WILL I GET MY PAID UP LETTER OR SHOULD I TAKE YOU TO THE NEWSPAPERS AS WELL??????
