Disgusted

It has been a frustrating two weeks trying to speak to someone from their offices. Agents promising callback due to bad connection, never happens. No assistance on whatsapp group line. I have spend an enormous amount of time and money on countless phone calls and messages to no avail. This is the worst customer service ive ever experienced. Utterly disgusted
