DIRECTED TO DMC

An agent came to my house I made an arrangement with DMC for a monthly deduction which for March 2020 they've deducted R5000.00 I called them they've advised I should reverse it only for them to deduct again last night R5000.00 , where's my arrangement and after 3months you can't just reload a Debit Order without an agreement no1 spoke with me since March and I even never gave authorization for a R5000.00 to be deducted my arrangement is for R350.00 over 18months if you guys don't want the money its fine but leave my bladdy account alone , Stupid *********** STAFF .
