Despicable Debt Collection practices

Attached here is a Power of Attorney from my wife Ingrid Ntwangwe-ID ********** 71082

My wife was recently accosted by a debt collector from DMC at her new employer,who forced* her to sign papers without having read contents and advised it is for debt from Foschini,she’s just signing AOD and making arrangements for debit order payments.

Upon inspection of the documentation it reflects she has consented to being listed on ITC amongst other things.

This despicable behavior by this so called ‘credit provider’ of collecting monies on prescribed debt and listing innocent and unsuspecting clients seems very synonymous with them.

I can confirm that the credit agreement that my wife entered into with Foschini was written off as bad debt and has since prescribed since she was unemployed from 2013 until last year in July.

We also recently made this startling discovery that DMC is now appearing as a credit provider on her credit profile, with a balance owing,which is now having a negative impact on her creditworthiness.

Please assist and remove this listing with IMMEDIATE EFFECT as the agreement with DMC is ******* and ********.

A signed copy of the contract my wife signed with the debtor, a statement reflecting my wife’s last payment, proof of the handover amount and all costs and interest which have accrued since.
