Declined prescription unfair law enforcement

an absa personal loan that was settled long ago I app**** for a prescription they declined it DMC is misleading the consumers and as far as law goes a prescription needs to be law abiding I have taking them to ombudsmen and Nc complaints..they are in for a surprise to bait market individuals that are not aware of the consumer protection act...This company is buying off written debt and trying to collect on them..they have no proof no variables and no documents to sustain any accusation further there AGENT slipped up and sent me something totally different to what there so called legal sent...will def be against them in court be careful out there for ********** like DMC..they cannot give me proof of judgement nor does it show on ITC.so DMC 2 WORDS PRESCRIPTION APPLYS.
