Debt Prescription I was listed twice for the same debt

I had debt from Capitec but in 2016. I was listed on ITC by Capitec and DMC. Capitec was removed but DMC closed the account in 2020 only and to make matters worse will remain on my account until next year. I never signed an agreement with DMC in the first place. The debt has prescribed in 2019 already.Please removed this old debt from my name.
