DCM3 Cash Loans - From no where

I have made it a mission of mine to get my credit score stable and I get the surprise of my life when DCM3 Cash Loans appears on my credit score.

When I inquired with Experian they said that this is a loan of x amount and that I acknowledged this account by paying in 2019. How would I pay an account that I have no knowledge of?

1st question: Who are you? 2nd question: When? Where and why did I pay you in 2019? 3rd question: I can't find contact details for you anywhere so how will I find out more about this?

I need this sorted ASAP.
