DCM debt management official are rude and unprofessional. They are a ****

Jet has hold my account to a DCM debt collector and I do not owe on my account. I went to Jet store to request for my statement and enquiry about the call I received from DCM debt. I also request the DCM call center consultant to send me the statement but till today I have not received it and they are constantly calling. Today I spoke to one of the consultant at DCM debt and I requested to escalate my matter to their team she refused. Her name is Nandi she refused to give the refer number of the call and her surname. This matter is serious and officials at DCM debt are not assist me to resolve it. They rude and unprofessional. Now I have the impression that they want to **** me to pay money which I do not owe.
