Submission of consumer credit information to credit bureau (3) All sources of information as set out in section 70(2) of the Act and Regulation 18(7) must take reasonable steps to ensure that the information reported to the credit bureau is accurate, up-to-date, relevant, complete, valid and not duplicated.</p> <p> </p> <p>Yet dispite these regulations and confirmation from Cherise Tyson of their legal department that their own internal policies dictate this information be updated weekly they continue to post factually incomplete and inaccurate information on my ITC report and have been doing this since 3 days after I reported them to the CfDC for *****.</p> <p> </p> <p>They have not submitted any credit reports from June 2015 till October 2016, and October and Novembers reports are false claims.</p> <p>In October they reported me being 30 days late with a payment that was only due on 30 October.</p> <p>Between December 17 2016 and December 23 2016 they submiited a new report claiming I was R400.00 in arreas when I made a payment on 5 Decmber 2016 brining my account upto date, and claiming that I was 60 days in arrears when I was only 30 days in arreas, payment was due on 31 October, by 30 November it was 30 days in arrears, 60 days would have been 31 December 2016 but payment was made long before. All attempts since Dec 8th by me to resolve this have been ignaored by them totally. </p> <p>These people are ***** and ********** who refuse to obey the law even when their blatant disregard for the truth and the Law are pointed out to them, they clearly believe they are above the law.</p> <p>DO NOT HAVE ANY DEALINGS WITH THESE *********.</p>
