Dmc is a **** they can't even tell me what the contact details are of the accounts of the money I paid to them to settle my accounts mind you the lady was pushy and phoned constantly for me to settle my accounts I ended up paying the settlements twice now they don't wanna refund me and they tell me to take it up with the accounts meanwhile the accounts only got one payment one lady at dmc though helped me so nice that she even sent me proof of my payments so now I can take it to the next level but as for the rest of the customer service they are pathetic and if I couldn't get some info on clients stuff I will damn well scratch and knock on doors just to get answers cause they want jobs to help people but they lost their ethics at that I'm so disappointed I will never make a payment to them ever again even if I get blacklisted they are a bunch of *********
