Credit record

I had an account with Foschini which was paid up in May 2014, but it has not been updated on your systems. This has damaged my credit record, I cannot buy anything.<br> I have called DMC and they referred me to TFG head office, They then gave me this email address, I need this to be done before the end of the day tomorrow.<br> The lady that I spoke to at the head office explained to me that the names get cleared on the 20th of each month, but my argument is that no one has ever explained to me the procedure after I have paid up my account, I wasn't aware that I am the one that is supposed to send the \paid up letter"copy.<br> I am now struggling to get a place to stay because of this"
