Credit balancd due to me not paid

So DMC owea me a credit balance of R11799 that is due back to me from my closed capitec loan and they had promised to pay it back within 7-14 working days and that was over 20 days ago. They have been giving me the run around and got a very rude response when i enquired. I even had ti take a half day twice to sort ot out and have all the relevant communication and recordings. I will be taking legal action against them and will definitely sue them for no less than 3 mil just to show them that we can be ruthless as they are with us.

My children struggled this month because they failed to meet their own deadlines and today my lawyer will definitely be in touch with them.
