Covid ping ping game

So between Credit worx and DMC they just cannot get it right but they seem to be playing ping pong with my future. Playing the blame game and never actually getting to a result. I paid up the account received my settlement letter yippeeee now I'm told by DMC it will take a further 31 working days to update bureaus and note they haven't updated the bureaus since February. I wish someone would just give me a straight answer and tell me when they will get their house in order. Definately not solving debt fairly or anywhere near that in my books. Oh I better not forget covid is the reason for their incompetence.
