Contract

I had an account with Russell's and now a company called DMC is claiming that i accepted a contract from them yet I told them I'm unemployed and the lady who called said she will call me after a few months to see if I'm still unemployed and when she hung up I get an sms saying that I made an arrangement of 200 which is a lie and that our contract has been loaded. Imagine my shock....I'm very horrified and frustrated by these companies and how they operate honestly. This is unacceptable! Today I get an email saying I'm not honoring the contract and that I'm in arrears of 200. Someone should fix this or I'm taking this matter further!
