****** in debt offices

After nearly 3 years, these idiots cannot verify something that I did in 3 days. After numerous emails (which I( still have on file); there has been little to no joy. According to my main debt source - Standard Bank; my retrenchment clause has set in in 2013. This means; according to the bank; that the account has been settled in full. Apparently, this is too much to verify, from the above mentioned company.

If it takes you over 3 years to verify some; that took me 3 days; I would like to know what is wrong? Do you have *********** staff, or are you genuinely stupid? I have proof that I paid off a debt for 4 and half years, that should not have been paid in the first place. Suspicious? Not even a bit.
