Concerned customer

Hello,

I have a challenge with the DMC debt management company that keeps adding money to my account no matter how hard I try to settle it They are meant to help consumers settle their accounts but instead they just add on to the total debt making it impossible to pay it up.

They could not give a clear answer on the charges that keep appearing on my statement. They also charge 10% of what you pay towards the debt, meaning that the more you pay to try settle the account, the more fees you are charged. How does one settle the account if this keeps happening?

Is this a strategy to keep us indebted? This is ****************.
