Complicated, Unfair and *************

So this happened.

I was under Debt Review at Randwise DMG since Oct 2018 - March 2021. March 2021 I still had 1 account left to pay and that was Capfin which was Administered under Easton-Berry Incorporated. My balance on my Capfin Account was R 4586.47 and since it was so low I arranged with my Debt Review that I will settle this on my own and they agreed. I contacted Easton-Berry to make the arrangements and they said that I can settle it with R3865.42 and so I did. I received a paid up letter from Easton-Berry to state that my Capfin Account was paid in full. My Debt Review company Randwise DMG approved it and send me my Clearance Certificate and at then I was finally Debt Free and my credit score when up.

3 Months later DMC appeared on my credit profile and my credit score went 40 points down. They stated that I owe them R4595 apparently from Capfin. After that they said I owe them R419. How did that happen and who are this people?
