Complain about Dmc3 *****

Good morning

On my credit score I saw a very disturbing information that I took a loan of R1400 at Dmc3. I have never received such loan. Please clear that thing as it is affecting me badly on my credit report. I have never received any money from DMC3 loan NEVER
