Collecting on Prescribed accounts

For the last couple of weeks I have been receiving calls from DMC trying to collect on prescribed accounts. I have mentioned this to them on several occasions and even instructed them to stop calling me. <br> <br> I have not received any communication regarding these accounts in the last 4 years nor have I acknowledged the debt either in writing or verbally. I have not made any payment towards the outstanding amount, nor have I promised to pay. <br> <br> They are in contravention of the NCA section 126B. Kindly arrange that this matter be closed with immediate effect and confirmation be sent to myself.<br> <br> Should you fail to do this I will lay a complaint with the NCR and LSSA.
