CAN'T REFUND NO CORRECT DETAILS A LOT OF BACK AND FORTH FOR NO REASON

No record on their side of the payment they need to pay me out for over settling my account with Mobicred & SSDA. Back and forth and even having the wrong name to my cellphone number!!!! Incredibly suspicious!!!

Between you, SSDA and Mobicred have your wires crossed and should communicate this better. Your sales representatives are rude and unhelpful. You have my personal ID number & phone number registered under someone elses name and you cannot assist me because of this@!!!!! DISGUSTING
