Cannot get a settlement letter

I want to settle my Markhams account. I was informed that my account was handed over to DMC<br> <br> I phoned DMC & they told me that my account they handed over my account to VERICRED on 26 May but when I call VERICRED they say they do not have it. (They just cannot find it, its 3 weeks now still no luck)<br> <br> Please assist urgently as I want to settle this account urgently so I need this sorted out.<br> <br> Can the right people at DMC & Vericred communicate so that my account can be found and I pay it? I mean its been 3 weeks now running around with no help. <br>
