CALL HARASSMENT

I need to settle my Capfin account that has been handed over to DMC. I got call for payment arrangement and requested outstanding balance on account. Was advised outstanding balance is R8000 .00. When i requested for settlement discount , i was then advised that discounted settlement amount is R8000, which really didnt make sense if the outstanding balance is R8000,Requested to speak to a manager and was not successful on different occasions. I am constantly receiving calls for collection on the same account and not getting joy all the time i speak to a collector.I sent numerous emails to *** who is apparently the director of the company and to date no feedback has been received. I get calls on daily basis for the same company , no one is willing to assist and kept on being promised to be called back.

The last call i received was on the 22/06/2020 @ 10h46 to be exact, the guy promised to call me same day and to date no call whatsoever.
