Buhle Sifingo and Fanelwa Dana doing DMC proud

I was having a problem with DMC as they were handling my FNB loan collection. I was initially contacted by Thulani Ngubane on the 4th December 2019 who assisted me with a remarkable discount and I settled the account. He advised that he would thereafter refer it to the receipting department and would then send me a settlement letter. To date I have not received this.

Almost 3 years later, I kept calling in and my pleas fell on deaf ears. I tried again recently and spoke to Buhle Sifingo yesterday. This gentleman was so empathetic towards me and listened to my story. He was able to go through the system and confirmed that my account was indeed paid up. He even mailed me the transaction account which proves my settlement. He advised me to go to FNB as the account had been withdrawn by them in order to get the settlement letter.

I went to FNB today and was advised to go back to DMC in order to request a discount settlement letter in order for them to close my file. I called DMC again today and was assisted by Fanelwa Dana who heard my new plea and consulted with her manager. She kept assuring me that she will help me. She finally reverted to my call and advised that her manager will arrange the letter and she advised that she would call me back tomorrow with feedback. On top of this awesome service, Buhle called me back to find out if everything was sorted out. I explained to him that Fanelwa assisted me. He too, advised he would follow up with me tomorrow.

This was amazing service and it felt great to know that there are selfless individuals who are going beyond their call of duty to assist me. DMC, kudos to Buhle and Fanelwa for their professionalism, diligence and awesome service! Keep it up
