Blacklisting without verified information

DMC5 listed me a the credit without any verified proof, I called the DMC5 customer care representative Lindelwa who told me that the DMC5 has a good relationship with Vericred so its not necessary to have full information to blacklist the consumers. Please assist me by investigating this practice.
