Beware of DMC Debt management

Dmc Debt management to honest, it doesn't even deserve half a star rating at all. Dmc is in an actual fact a ****, I had to settle my truworths account via DMC, I did settle that account in 2023 October, they even sent me a settlement letter to confirm my settlement. Now recently they are sending me messages to say that I need to make payment on my account, I sent them an email together with the settlement letter that I received from them, as if that will help, they are still sending me messages even today, and that is affecting my credit score badly because when I check my credit score, truworths still appears to be in arrears. Dmc is just a ****. It's Zero rating.
