Bad TL's and staff

I have settled one of my account with them last week Monday and emailed the the POP and no one seems to allocate the payment, been going back and fourth with a lady by the name Pamela Nqeto who is a Team leader yet she cant assist me as well, mentioning that I am unfair as the matter was only escalated to her today and she is apparently doing her best to assist me, Yet nothing has been done she cant even call me back as shes working from home.....
