Bad service and lack of proper communication

I am very disappointed with the service I received from DMC debt management and their lack of communication, as well as IQ Academy.

IQ Academy had handed my account over to DMC for further payment, which I have done, I'm now experiencing problems when I have to get my qualification from IQ Academy. I was told that I cannot get my certification as I have taken a settlement offer given by DMC (ref. ********** 3). I was called by one of DMC consultants to offer me a settlement discount which I took as I wanted to finish paying and obtain my qualification, however DMC failed to inform me that should I take the settlement offer I will NOT be able to obtain my qualification, I only found that out when I made follow up with IQ Academy regarding my certification.

I then went back to DMC to enquire about this mess,I was then told that I cannot obtain my qualification I will just have to start from scratch and there is nothing they can do (mind you the consultant was very rude on the phone). This is extremely frustrating, how is a person supposed to get a job when people are messing things up like this. And as for IQ Academy, what institution blocks students from obtaining their qualification due to lack of payment? I believe everyone has a right to education!! I need this sorted out please, it is very frustrating!!!
