Bad service

Dmc is the worst cannot send a paid up letter, simple request ftom a customer still having rude advisors over the phone I guess customer get no respect as they had bad bebt in the past I'm sure if my brother had to be that bad he would not have paid his debt but guess what life happens some times, now he is not able to do anything in life as tjis company fails to provide a paid up letter
