Bad service

My husband settled he's account with home choice and now Dmc refuse to close and update he credit profile even after he sent them the paid up letter confirming the account is finalized, this is so unfair and their service is pathetic the agent there just says home choice must tell them account closed they can't do nothing this is sad really 2023 and this kind of service poor I tell you.
