Bad service

I had accounts with African bank which were handed over to DMC,now I was about to get financial help from bayport but the problem is dmc in the system it shows that I owe dmc 14 000 and then my 3 accounts which was handed over to them are also appears plus 2 DMC accounts which appears as 0,00 so from my point of veiw they used different reference numbers which made my case very difficult now to cut the story short I owe DMC 14 000 and my 3 African bank accounts...can you pls help me maybe by making my settlement letters showing original references meaning the ones you got from African bank so that I can get money to pay you
