Bad service

I am so disappointed I got debited by DCM incorrectly as I don't owe Sars I requested a letter confirming same and they cannot assist me I am so heart broken and troubled as this was all done wrong but I cannot even get an apology or a letter stating same, I am calling and calling and getting no assistance herein.

Just saddened really.
