Bad Service

Iam told i have an account with a company called Blue Financial Services. I have been requesting the agreement from DMC as i have never opened an account with Blue and the number they gave me doesnt exist and it also shows the company doesnt exist. I need them to prescribe the debt as this is messing with my record. I call the call centre and get not joy the agents just drop the call while speaking.
