Bad service

Not happy with this company who I paid last year and still have not removed my name from the bureaus. I have constantly being making follow ups and was told my query was closed before I received feedback. They are saying I am under debt review and I made a payment in Jan by the debt review company which I know nothing about or authorised. I sent an email today and its a struggle to get through their debt review department as I need to know what is happening. The asked for paid up letter I gave them, they asked for proof of payment I gave them and nothing is being resolved . I logged numerous disputes with the bureaus who would update my credit profile but DMC will go and reinstate ,can they please resolve this
