bad service

2 weeks ago i started receiving phone calls about an account the ombudsman handled fro me and which was closed by standard bank. i sent them an email in regarding to the findings and no reply was sent back if they received it or not. today i called them back and a lady dropped a call in my face while i was speaking, i called again and was told that they merely read emails and that it will take a while for them to read mine. firstly im tired of receiving these phone calls and i want this to be sorted out ASAP.
