BAD SERVICE

Horrible expirience I have monthly payment arrangements with DMC and in Feb I advised that they stop the debit oder mandate since I will be on unpaid meternity leave or give a payment break if possible but the lady I spoke to suggested I make min payments I then arranged for 150 and 100 payment.to my surprise when the mantanace money for the bby came through in my account and ammount of 750 and 550 was deducted by DMC so the arrangement I made online was not captured.I then had an online chat for a refund but only one ammount was refunded now I then sent a lady by the name of Yandiswa Mbewana who was doing the refund to say only one ammount was refunded but there is no response from her there is just alot happening here my capitec ammount keeps on flatuating from 73000 to 113000.please advise I thought you guys are her to help not to **** us.can I kindly have that refund ASAP with no deduction this time because Your agents couldnt even give me a ref for this and the Andiswa is not even responding.
