I’ve been struggling for almost a month too get a paid up letter for my Truworths account with DMC I’ve settled my account but the employees have an attitude when you call they keep saying call the lawyers I’m in the process of purchasing a house and this is causing havoc for me I need a paid up letter ASAP please
