Bad service

<p>I have an account with DMC debt collectors. We have settled the account in full after they gave me an settlement amount and now all of a sudden after settlement has been made and telling us that it's going to take 14-21 days after payment has been received to clear my name from itc. Now my name is still not cleared and all of a sudden they send me a sms telling me that there is still R400 and something due to be paid.</p> <p> </p> <p>This is seriously NOT working for me and I insist that they clear my name from itc and close the account IMMEDIATELY</p>
