Bad Service

<p>A judgement was listed on my name with credit bureau. I therefore contacted the DMC staff, Naledi Mabena, Chante Dargie and their Team Leader, Mr Thebo in order to have the listing removed from my name. As per request from Ms N Mabena have I sent on 11 Ocober 2016 a copy of my profile from the credit bureau showing the listing, in order to sent to the company's legal department in order to have the listing removed.</p> <p> </p> <p>To date this was not done and was only informed on countless telephone calls made by myself to DMC. As per the above mentioned staff was the matter referred to DMC legal department in order to attend to the matter and remove the listing with the credit bureau. To date is the listing still on my name with the credit bereau.</p> <p> </p> <p>I also made several follow-up calls to DMC and was everytime informed that they will request Thebo or one of the other staff listed above to contact me in order to suppy feedback. To the best of my knowledge was I only contacted on two occassions by Thebo, this was after informing Naledi and Thebo that I will escalate the matter if no feedback are received.</p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
