Bad rude attitude from call centre guy

At 06:30 the most rudest male person phoned me regarding so called loans my husband have with capitec bank. He told me do you have attitude with me I am not his playmate to talk to me that way. Pse send me the proof about this so called loans. I am sure this call recording will disappear. We went through this with Eaton Berry attorneys and was told it's resolved. Who are these people with no manners at all. If this is not resolved asap I will take this further
