Bad pathetic service

Asked for them to email my updated statement to Experian as explained on the credit report they have the account updated last in the 31 August,asked me why and all sorts of questions just not to help and do a simple thing got very frustrated as I am the paying customer and requested something that I should be getting and not difficult to do.
