Bad experience on call

I had a bad call. A guy called Andre was very rude. Giving me no chance, I do get that I have a loan to pay but being rude adds ontop of that. I asked to be given to another consultant but he was rude, telling me I don't want to give him information. He even dropped the call, do you call that a service? This is really sad
