Bad experience

Im not happy with DMC... I paid up my debt with them on 1 June 2022 but the account still appears as an active account on my credit report & whenever I call the consultants tell me the query has been escalated I should wait for 7 days since beginning of August. It's September now and my name has not been cleared!!!!!!
