Bad customer services

Bought an overwritten account in 2021 ,and today it's prescribed, no payments for 3 years but they keep the prescription letter on hold for nothing ,Natasha Canham with worse services as she didn't process the letter and sent email to someone on leave .thier agents confirm the prescribed account but the letter on hold for what l don't know .Bongiwe Mkhize went on leave yet she saw the query bug left it like that after bradlows came to my rescue to tell them that you only bought the overwritten account in 2021 yet they were falsely claiming that they bought it in 2020 ,DMC disaster company with bad service nice thing they always say calls are recorded.
